Reflection on communicative tools (3^rd April 2019)

Technology has become a key mediator of human relationships not only in schools, but also in other fields, government sectors, private sectors and other non government sectors. I take this module as opportunities to learn as much as I can with the help of sir. I personally feel that the influence of ICT in the modern era is very important and is needed as an individual to use in our daily lives and it is pretty sure that I as an future nation developer need all those skills and knowledge to preach to my future nation builders, hence make them connected with ICT knowledge background which will make them confident and use it in their upcoming future and widen their ICT knowledge. Learning information and communication technology in this semester provoked me to learn more like other learned person but it is quite difficult for me to use some apps. However, with the sir’s daily modeling and support I could learn the uses of the ICT tools very effectively, which I have to learn those uses of application till I leave this beautiful world of today, in this modern era I have to have knowledge on the uses of ICT  which may lead my life with prosperity and satisfaction.

  In this session we have learnt on ICT as informative tools and discussed strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of using ICT as an informative tool. I could learn that every coin has two sides which I could take the opportunities to think and integrate some ideas into other areas. ICT plays a very vital role and has lots of significant in our life. ICT has a very strong effect on education and it provides enormous tools for enhancing teaching and learning. ICT enable new ways of teaching and learning when used appropriately under right conditions such as suitable resources, training, and support as we do in our college classroom setting.

Having opportunities to take a module called functional information and technology in the the first semester and ICT in teaching and learning in eight semesters. I have learnt lots of essential skill that could bring better teaching and learning in the near future. From many I have got familiar with the use of Microsoft word, preparing power point presentation, usage of excel spread sheet, animating simple video, small video using camtasia, writing reflection using blogs, google docs, google classroom which made me learned more using all this application. Sometimes it is quite interesting to see that we can chat with our friends in the google docs like the facebook and wechat apps, where it helps to activate our prior knowledge, share our understanding on the topic and make the communication very effective and do necessary corrections with the helps friends while texting the information in the group.  ICT as a Communicative tools help the learners to communicate with their friends and others members to share and learn from others through this tool. This tool help us to know the other parts of the world through sharing and communicating through those communicative tools. Following are some of the examples of communicative tool.
